A thorough inspection
We check over every accessible aspect of the property according to the AS 4349.1-2007.
Inside
Under the floor where possible, inside the home, walls, ceilings and floors. We look at doors and windows, as well as the foundations, basement and attic.
Outside
Roof, surrounding landscaping including fencing, retaining walls and any exterior structures such as carports, garages and sheds.
