Our new home construction inspections
Slab inspection
Get it right from the start: the finished concrete slab is checked for levels, finished surfaces, rebate blowouts, slab overhang, steel reinforcement and inconsistencies.
Frame inspection
Check the bones of your project are in accordance with Australian Standard 1684.2 from the approved plans with an inspection of frames, levels, internal walls and fixings.
Lockup inspection
Inspect roofing is free of defects and windows, doors and fixings are correctly installed for pre-plastering and reinspecting previous frame defects.
Fixing stage
From plaster to walls, ceilings and cornices, wet areas, showers, cabinetry fixings and general materials including doors are inspected for compliance with the building code.
Handover stage
Check all works internally and externally, roof void and external roof coverings and all items have been installed to acceptable standards with good quality finish.
